Alex has already been a valued member of our A.I.M Wellness team as a Case Manager, and we’re so excited to support her as she takes this next step in her professional journey. We’re proud to watch our team members grow and continue their education while serving our community. 💚

Alex will begin seeing clients as a Therapist Intern at our Radcliff location starting October 13th!

Here are a few simple ways to support your mental wellness this weekend:
✨ Get outside and enjoy some fresh air
🧠 Take a break from social media when you need one
💬 Talk to someone you trust
📝 Journal or find a healthy way to express your feelings
🌱 Practice a few minutes of deep breathing or grounding

We’re excited to welcome Ashley McNally, LCSW to the A.I.M. Wellness team!

Ashley is a compassionate and dedicated therapist who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.

She enjoys working with children, teens, and young adults and has experience with neurodivergent play therapy. Ashley is also passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community and providing an inclusive space where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves.

Her areas of specialty include TF-CBT, EMDR, and JSOCC.

💚 We’re so excited to have Ashley joining A.I.M. Wellness and look forward to the difference she will make in our community!
