💙 Meet Paul, our new Leasing Director!

Please join us in welcoming Paul Rucker to the Hickory Terrace team! We’re excited to have him as part of our community and look forward to all the wonderful connections he’ll make with our residents, families, and future residents. 👋✨

A little about Paul:

Paul was born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, and after many years living and working in California, he’s excited to be back home and beginning a new chapter.

With more than 28 years of experience in sales, property management, relationship building, and creating positive customer experiences, Paul brings a wealth of experience and a genuine passion for connecting with people.

In 2026, Paul returned to Lubbock to be closer to his family and joined CIMA Senior Living. In his new role, he’s excited to combine his professional experience with something that has always been important to him: building relationships and helping people feel welcomed, valued, and at home. 💙

Paul values authenticity, resilience, creativity, humor, family, and meaningful connections. He believes that life gives us more than one opportunity to reinvent ourselves — and sometimes, coming home can be the beginning of an entirely new adventure. ✨
