5 things I don't care about as your Massage Therapist! 💆♀️
1. Body hair.
Shaved yesterday? Three weeks ago? Never? It genuinely doesn't matter to me. There's no need to shave before your appointment.
2. How your body looks.
Stretch marks, cellulite, scars, body size, tattoos, loose skin... none of these things need an apology or explanation. Every body is welcome on my table.
3. Falling asleep or snoring.
If you're comfortable enough to drift off during your treatment, that's perfectly fine! No need to apologize when you wake up.
4. Stomach growling, joints cracking, or other unexpected noises.
Bodies make noises. It happens, and I promise I'm not judging you.
5. Whether you want to talk or enjoy the quiet.
Some clients love to chat, while others prefer to completely switch off. Both are absolutely fine. This is your treatment, and there's no pressure to make conversation.
What DO I care about?
That you feel comfortable, respected, and safe throughout your treatment. That you feel heard, that your concerns are addressed, and that the care you receive is tailored to your individual needs.
And most importantly, that you never feel you need to apologize for simply having a human body. 😊
