Many of us have some summertime travel coming up! Whether you're headed out on a road trip or flying somewhere, I always recommend having some healthy snack options on hand so you can feel your best while traveling. It's totally OK to have some fun foods/drinks too while on vacation (and anytime!) but I find when I make sure to have nutrient dense meals and snacks while traveling I have better energy, feel less bloated, and have fewer digestive issues (no one wants to deal with constipation or diarrhea while traveling! UGH!)
