✨WE HEARD YOU ✨Let’s welcome our new Pilates instructor, Jared! 🎉

Jared’s been part of our yoga family hive for 2 years. First as a student, then as a yoga instructor since September 2024. His journey into Pilates started in October 2025. After our previous instructor was no longer able to teach, Jared told me how much Pilates was changing his life — so much that he wanted to get certified himself.

He did it. And we’re SO excited to bring Pilates back to the studio with him leading the way.

He’s also been teaching Yogalates since mid-February!

Jared is currently the only male Pilates instructor in our valley, (that we know of!) and his classes are open to everyone — men and women. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, come move with us.

Tell us, when do you want to see Pilates on the schedule? 10:30 am? Maybe a lunch hour express? Early AM? We can’t wait to hear from you!
