Meet our Family Advisor, Caitlin Brown!
Caitlin serves as our Family Advisor. She provides compassionate, steady guidance to families navigating senior living decisions. Born and raised in North Idaho on her family’s farm, Caitlin developed a strong foundation rooted in hard work, connection, and care for others. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science and Health Occupations and began her career as a physical therapy aide, where she discovered her passion for supporting others during vulnerable moments. After exploring other career paths, Caitlin found her true calling at Twin Rivers, where her purpose and profession aligned.
Guided by her belief in compassionate guidance, Caitlin strives to be a calm and reassuring presence for every family she serves, leading with empathy and providing thoughtful support each step of the way. Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys embracing her North Idaho roots through outdoor activities like riding dirt bikes and spending time with her three dogs and cat. She is always available to answer questions, listen without judgment, and walk alongside families as they explore care options.
