Sunday thoughts. I love days where we can slow down and be. 🙏✨❤️

One duality of our physical, material reality that confounds and frustrates me is that time both does and does not exist. I've seen how, and that, time exists within eternity. It is like a blocked off or bracketed segment on a never ending line. But last night I had kind of what felt like a profound, and therefore shifting to me, realization - that eternity also exists within time. Perhaps this is the duality we experience in being both human and spiritual beings. The limits of the concept of time can be found in a primarily "we are human beings having a spiritual experience", whereas the transcendence of time and the experience of the eternal may more be found in the primary perspective and approach that "we are spiritual beings having a human experience." We are indeed eternal beings having a time experience, rather than time-bound beings having, and destined to have, an eternal experience. The eternal is now. To contemplate the eternal now shifts a whole lot within the self, which in turn can shift a whole lot in our experiences while on earth.

I am so amazed at how Spirit guides us. All the little things that come together. We are not alone on this human part of our soul journey. We are never alone regardless of time or place. Separation truly is an illusion. Oneness truly is our path. Divine love, support, and cheering on are, and will always be, our birthright.
