Community is everything. 🌸🏵🍵

​While I had to unexpectedly travel for a family emergency and miss our latest Botanical Bounty event, my heart is so full seeing how beautifully it came together.

​An incredible group gathered to learn about the art of natural dye, herbal tea, and edible flowers. My wonderful co-hosts and built a magical experience, and every single attendee brought it to life.

​Seeing the gorgeous naturally-dyed tea towels (and the connections made) fills me with gratitude. Thank you for filling my cup from afar!

New shop alert! 👕👗🫶

Today we stopped into in Wilmette to get Crunchkin's buddy a birthday gift, and couldn't have been happier we did!

Owner Stacy showed us around and advised us on some great gift ideas. Stacy is a local mom who has curated a mindful collection of kids' clothing (plus accessories and toys) based on what she wanted her own daughters to wear.

Most brands here are European or US-made. Plenty of organic options too!

What an inspiring 'Foodies and Founders' dinner at CIMA in Rosemont! The seasonal menu incorporates ingredients from Midwest farms: Slagel, Nichols, Mick Klug, Four Star Mushrooms and more! And the meal was paired with mindful connection through storytelling!
