We gathered at Inovasi in Lake Bluff for a wonderful, locally-sourced meal paired with even better conversation for the latest "Foodies and Founders" meetup.

​We take our food and connections seriously! Ourselves? Not so much! The room was filled with laughs, awesome energy, and genuine connection.

​Foodies & Founders is all about bringing people together on a holistic level (professionally, personally, and socially) over mindful and local food. Thanks to all the friends who joined us. Can't wait for the next one!

Creatures of the (Skokie) Lagoons! 👟🛞🌳

​We're officially back in long run territory! 10 miles with the stroller on this hilly trail today. Pushing Crunchkin on hills has to make a flat trail half marathon like Des Plaines River Trail Races feel easy, right?

​The Skokie Lagoons are so awesome for running, walking, biking, and kayaking (they have seasonal rentals if you ever want to get on the water!). My little running buddy and I have been training here together since he could sit up. So many memories on the path!

​The Crunchy Crew’s August Splash meetups have us wishing summer could last forever!

🌱 We had a wonderful time with 𝐌𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐄𝐓 𝐋𝐈𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐓𝐘𝐕𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐄, About Time Bookstore, and local children’s author Ruth Spiro at Lunch in the Park last Friday. We enjoyed a reading of Ruth’s latest book, Growing Together, and planted seeds!

💦​ We also kicked off our weekly meetups with a splash pad playdate at Townline Park in Lake Forest.
​
