Many people will swallow a tablet without ever asking what is in it, how it works, or what effects it may have upon the body. Yet mention a herb, a poultice or a simple remedy from nature, and suddenly they demand proof that it is safe.

I’ve been getting some questions on when my birth services will be available. I plan to be officially scheduling birth doula, postpartum doula & lactation appointments starting January 1st. Up until then I will be finishing classes and working a few more births to provide the best care possible 🙂
