As we wrap up October, we want to continue to spread awareness on domestic violence.

Did you know there are different forms of domestic violence?
•Physical abuse-anything that causes you physical harm
•Emotional abuse-Manipulation, threats, or insults designed to break down someone's self-esteem.
•Psychological control-gaslighting, coercion, and or isolation.
•Financial control-restricting access to money or resources
•Sexual coercion-forcing unwanted sexual activity

Hello everyone! We have so many exciting things happening at Sequoia Wellness. We have 2 new wonderful therapist that have joined us and will be posting short introductions soon.
In addition we have both the Lima and Wapak offices to better serve those who are struggling with addiction and mental health issues. We are accepting clients at both locations offering evening appointments and Saturday appointments upon request.
We accept most all insurances and are still offering assistance to those who are uninsured or are underinsured.

Looking for a place to connect, laugh, make friends, and have fun? We'd love to have you join us for Side Quest Coffee Club at St. John Lutheran Church!

This gathering is designed for adults of all ages with intellectual disabilities and autism and features games, activities, fellowship, snacks, and plenty of smiles.
