Happy anniversary, Aaron!

Happy two-year work anniversary to Aaron!

Aaron wears two important hats at our Grand Island location. As our technician team lead, he helps guide the team that supports patient care. He also serves as a bilingual optician, helping English and Spanish-speaking patients find the right eyewear. One of his favorite perks of the job? Getting a first look at all the newest frames!

Aaron stays busy keeping up with his two daughters. You'll find him skateboarding alongside them as they ride their bikes, watching hockey games, or making Japanese candy kits together.

Happy three-year anniversary to Dr. Cassity West! 🎉

Dr. West has been fascinated by eyes since she first began learning about them in high school. She was drawn to how something so small can have so many intricate parts working together to create vision, and that interest ultimately led her to optometry.

Having worn glasses and contacts since she was 12, she also understands the difference clear, comfortable vision can make in everyday life.

We’re glad her fascination with eye care led her to Heartland Optical. Happy three years, Dr. West!
