NO Tuesday Classes!

Good morning! We had a wonderful “paddle out” service for my Aunt and even got to keep our Sunday Morning Meditation routine at the local studio in Hanalei. It got a little breezier during the tropical storm than expected so our flight was canceled yesterday. It looks like we’ll get to try again today but I won’t make it home in time for classes Tuesday evening. I’ll keep you posted but should be back for Wednesday’s Sunrise Vinyasa! 🌸

We’re helping UACC to collect school supply kits for Church World Service during August and September! CSW collects these kits and distributes them to kids across the U.S. and globally during times of disaster, displacement, or economic hardship.
If you feel like taking your practice off the mat and flexing your kindness muscles to help support the mission of making sure kids have access to these items, bring some to class now through September 20th. Below is the specific list of supplies. The goal is to have enough supplies for 70-75 kits so every little bit helps! There will be a dropbox in the Prop Room!
If you want to help but don’t want to shop, there will also be a basket for cash donations. I’m happy to do the shopping for you!
If you think you might be interested in helping to build the kits before they’re shipped off, let me know and I’ll make sure you get the details.
Real yoga extends FAR beyond the mat. 💪
