This has been a 🔥 topic this week - why comparison creates such a false sense of urgency.
It happens to all of us. You’re scrolling and suddenly you see that someone’s lost 30 pounds in 30 days. They found the “secret.”
They’re getting faster results and they’re taking a new shortcut you didn’t even know existed. Before you know it, you’re questioning your own path when just that morning, you really liked your path & you were feeling pretty good about yourself.
This isn’t new. Every generation has had its “thing.”

Phen phen
Slimfast
Atkins
Beach-body
Detoxes
Keto
GLP-1s
The list goes on.
The “thing” changes. The comparison doesn’t and the problem isn’t that new tools, programs, or approaches exist. The problem is believing that someone else’s timeline should become YOUR timeline.
When comparison takes over, we stop focusing on our progress and start obsessing over how quickly someone else got theirs.
Your body doesn’t need more panic. Your goals don’t need desperation, that’s exactly what throws you off track because lasting results hardly ever come from urgency.
Stay on your path. Trust your process. Keep showing up. The women who win aren’t always the fastest. They’re the ones who stay. 💋
