We’re so happy to share that our patient has returned home after her skilled stay following a fall with an ankle fracture. Despite being unable to put weight on her leg, she showed incredible determination—pushing through weakness and learning to "hop" on her leg. She showed a positive attitude and unwavering perseverance.
Her hard work truly paid off as she made steady progress in her strength, mobility, and independence. She was a joy to work with. Always pleasant, happy and inspiring to fellow patients! 👏🏻

We’re so excited to celebrate this wonderful patient as she heads home after her stay with us! 🏡💙
Following treatment for pneumonia and shortness of breath, she came to therapy ready to work; and she did just that. Her motivation and determination were evident every single day as she pushed herself to regain strength and independence.
She brought not only hard work, but also a quick wit and great sense of humor that kept both staff and fellow patients smiling along the way. It was truly a joy to be part of her journey as she made steady progress and reached her goal of returning home.
We are so proud of all she accomplished and wish her continued health, strength, and happiness! 💪✨

Diamond is returning home after 3 months of hard work and determination! 🎉 Through intensive physical, occupational, and speech therapy, she showed remarkable perseverance and commitment to reaching her goals.
Her journey was not without challenges. After enduring illness more than once during her stay, she continued to fight, recover, and work hard every single day to regain her strength and return to her prior level of functioning. Her determination, resilience, and positive spirit have truly inspired us all.
We are so proud of everything she has accomplished and honored to have been part of her recovery journey. Congratulations on your graduation day — we wish you continued health, happiness, and success back at home! ❤️🏡
