not being able to cry anymore is super confusing 🥹👇🏼

but knowing the science and physiology behind it is often incredibly liberating for people

you realize ohhhh my vagus nerve is shutdown from too much long term stress

and ultimately I can’t cry because my body is depleted and trying to conserve its energy

most people don’t need a 12-step wellness routine or a huge supplement stack, they need simple, easy practices that take 5-10 minutes per day 👇🏼
