Biggest news in Amber Health history. ✨

We’re beyond proud to announce that Amber Health has officially partnered with Universal Music Group to help expand access to mental health care for all their artists, creatives, and label professionals.

This is more than a partnership. This is a defining moment.

For years, conversations around mental health in entertainment have been pushed aside, overlooked, or treated as secondary. Today, one of the most influential companies in music is making a statement that the wellbeing of artists and industry professionals matters - and that real, quality support must become part of the culture, not an afterthought.

We’re honored to stand alongside UMG as they take a bold, industry-shifting step toward meaningful change.
This is the kind of leadership the music world has needed for a long time.

And this is only the beginning.
The future of this industry cannot just be about performance, output, and success - it also has to be about people, healing, sustainability, and proper care.

Times are changing. The standard is changing. And we hope the rest of the industry is paying attention.

2026 has already brought many incredible opportunities for the Amber Health team to step into new rooms and continue advocating for a gold standard of mental health support across the music industry. We’ve had the privilege of speaking alongside artists, managers, executives, and industry leaders, and we’re thrilled to wrap up this season of speaking engagements with a powerful week at Music Biz.

This week, our co-founder Zack Borer will join William Dyer (Manager, Wyatt Flores) and Tatum Allsep (Founder & CEO, Music Health Alliance) for “Nurture the Noise: What Mental Health Really Costs the Music Industry,” a conversation centered on the real human impact behind the business of music.

We’re also incredibly proud to celebrate our very own Brandon Holman, who has been named a finalist for the One to Watch Award at the Bizzy Awards.

If you’re attending Music Biz, come say hi, join the conversation, and help us continue building a healthier, more sustainable future for all those who make music possible. See you in Atlanta.

We’re honored to take the stage at this year’s South by Southwest in partnership with the Country Music Association.

Our panel, “Tour Support 2.0: How Mental Health is Reshaping Live Music,” brings together Dr. Chayim Newman, Tiffany Kerns, Wyatt Flores, and William Dyer to spotlight a new model of tour support; one where mental health is not an afterthought, but infrastructure. We’ll be diving into mental health in music, the CMA x Amber Health Ongoing Support Grant, and how stronger tour support can transform the road experience for artists and crew.

That evening, we’re proud to co-host the CMA Songwriters Series featuring Chase McDaniel, Ingrid Andress, Tiera Kennedy, and Wyatt Flores, with an opening performance by Georgia Webster; an intimate reminder of why caring for the humans behind the music matters.

We look forward to sharing insights that will help move the conversation beyond awareness and towards real-world, implementable change.

Mental health belongs in the business of music. We’re proud to help lead that conversation. And we hope you’ll join us.
