Global Shapers Faisalabad has collaborated with Hope Revival in which we have started this campaign of mental health bandage which will disseminate the awareness in the society that how to help oneself and others when you have no clue about Emotional or psychological issues.
In this Mental Health campaign, we are introducing the quick fixes or first aid towards emotional or psychological problems. Nobody is immune to poor mental health, and at some point, in your life, you will undoubtedly need to offer support to a friend or reach out for help yourself.
In this second episode, we will cover the basics of Emotional First Aid concept with the following three Questions:
