Eight years ago, I joined the Pain Psychology Center, never imagining just how profoundly it would shape my life.
It became so much more than a workplace. It became a place where I grew as a clinician, educator, author, and leader. It introduced me to extraordinary colleagues, lifelong friendships, and the privilege of walking alongside over 500 incredible humans on their healing journeys. For that, I will always be grateful.
Today, I’m so excited to share what’s next.
On September 1, 2026, I’ll officially launch Pain Psychology Centre UK.
This was an idea that became a reality over the past year. Built alongside an incredible UK-based founding team, Pain Psychology Centre UK is dedicated to helping people recover from chronic pain and other neuroplastic symptoms while fostering a compassionate, evidence-informed community for both clients and clinicians across the UK. Together, we’re building a practice rooted in collaboration, compassion, and the belief that recovery is possible.
To celebrate, we’re hosting two launch events:
🥂 An intimate in-person launch celebration in London — only 10 spots remain!!
🌍 A virtual launch celebration — open to attendees from anywhere in the world.
If you’d like to celebrate this next chapter with us, both event links are in my bio.
To everyone who has encouraged me, challenged me, supported me, collaborated with me, or trusted me with your care…thank you. Your belief in this work has made this next chapter possible, and I can’t wait to welcome you to Pain Psychology Centre UK.
While this chapter begins in the UK, my hope remains the same as it has always been: to help more people discover that recovery is possible.
🤍
P.S. On this Friday’s Substack, I’ll be sharing the story behind why I decided to build Pain Psychology Centre UK, what this journey has looked like behind the scenes, and the vision that has guided it from the very beginning. I hope you’ll tune in recovery
