Outdoor dining is coming to Wilmington! Working with SBCC Thrive L.A. & Avalon Arts & Cultural Alliance, the first outdoor dining platforms are being built today along Avalon Blvd., starting with MAYA Mexican Restaurant. Four more dining parklets will be built in the coming weeks and together will support local businesses and give residents better entertainment options close to home. This program has been hugely successful in San Pedro and I look forward to Wilmington benefiting as well.
