I was recently honored by the Los Angeles Lakers and Comerica Bank for the Women In Business Awards, alongside 4 other incredible and deserving women! I was awarded center court at halftime, at Crypto.com Arena during the exciting Lakers vs. Timberwolves game, and naturally, we won! 💜🌴💛 My name & photo were up on the Jumbotron as I won the Woman of Diversity Award🏆for my practice & my companies, DDC Inc. and Plan D Wellness and Recovery. This title is so meaningful to me - not only as a self-made woman in business who deeply values diversity, but also as native Angeleno and huge fan of The Lakers! 🏀🌴I was raised learning about the importance of diversity in our collective world, as opposed to a sorely lacking homogenous society and workforce. How wonderful to be awarded & given my flowers as I walk this path with determination and perseverance, and to be alongside such other talented businesswomen…it was truly a night to remember forever. Endless gratitude for such a prestigious honor! Thank you, Los Angeles Lakers & Comerica Bank for recognizing women in leadership and our contributions!
