Meet Xianzhang (Alice) Geng, MD — a dedicated Family Medicine physician with a passion for providing whole person comprehensive care.

Dr. Geng has a background in rural/underserved medicine and brings experience in lifestyle medicine, birth control counseling, STI prevention including long-acting PReP, and culturally informed care. She began her healthcare journey at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and completed her residency at Altru Family Medicine residency in North Dakota.

With a focus on whole-person care, Dr. Geng is committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside of the clinic, she enjoys aerial dance and spending time with her family, friends, and her cat Tuna.

Public benefit resources are often available FREE of charge directly through government agencies and program providers.
Before paying a third party, take a moment to ask:
✔️ What am I paying for?
✔️ Is this service available for free?
✔️ Is the fee reasonable?
Be cautious of anyone who:
🚩 Claims to work with CSC but cannot provide proof
🚩 Charges high application, waiting list, or form-filling fees
🚩 Promises to “guarantee” housing, benefits, or other public services
You do not have to pay a high fee just to get help.
📌 Need help applying for public benefits such as CalFresh, Medi-Cal, IHSS, or SSI? Contact CSC for free assistance.

🎨 A New Landmark for Alhambra!
This past Saturday, we proudly unveiled a stunning new mural on the exterior of our CSC Health Center — a tribute to the rich history of Alhambra, brought to life by renowned muralist Kerne Erickson after nearly a year of planning and community input.

From the Midwick Country Club and Pyrenees Castle to the Alhambra Airport, Alhambra Hotel, Main Street, and the iconic Alhambra clock — this mural captures the landmarks that shaped our city, alongside trains, trolleys, classic cars, and even the beloved Fosselman's ice cream truck. Look closely and you'll spot a nod to Norman Rockwell, who once called Alhambra home!

We were honored to welcome Congresswoman Rep. Judy Chu , Assemblymember Assemblymember Mike Fong , Alhambra City Councilmember Katherine Lee , and Amber Giang, representing Senator Sasha Renée Pérez 's office, who joined community members to celebrate this milestone. As Rep. Chu shared, this isn't just a mural unveiling — it's a celebration of Alhambra's past and an inspiration for its future.

Meet Jacqueline Osegueda Cuevas, MSN, FNP-C

Jacqueline Osegueda Cuevas, MSN, FNP-C, is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and patient-centered care to individuals and families across the lifespan. She is passionate about improving access to quality healthcare for diverse and underserved populations, with a special commitment to serving Hispanic communities.
Jacqueline's clinical experience spans pediatric, family, adult-geriatric, and homeless healthcare, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on the unique needs of patients in a variety of settings. She earned both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing from California State University, Long Beach. As part of her commitment to lifelong learning, she is currently pursuing her second board certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, expanding her ability to provide comprehensive, integrated care that addresses both physical and mental health.
Known for her compassionate approach and dedication to building meaningful relationships with her patients, Jacqueline believes that every individual deserves personalized, culturally sensitive care. She strives to empower patients through education, prevention, and collaborative decision-making, supporting them at every stage of their healthcare journey.
