holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Loyola Marymount University. In addition, he has Advanced Form Training and Structural Alignment Education through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a Certified Fascia Stretch Therapist. As a holistic practitioner and health professional for over 20 years, Alfredo has elevated and influenced performance at every level from geriatrics to competitive Division 1 athletics. Alfredo Lefort continues to serve the community as a qualified stress and pain management specialist.
