Most people have no idea that whole food supplements are not supposed to look like synthetic vitamins on a label.

Real food naturally fluctuates.
Synthetic nutrients are standardized.

I looked healthy… but my body told a different story.

I was doing everything “right”. Eating clean. Exercising daily. All the biohacking. Disciplined. Consistent.

And yet… my period was gone.

This is the part no one talks about: How easily “healthy” can turn into something else entirely.
