🚨Busy Mom Alert!

It was the day after Sunset Reset, a magical evening of connection and I was ready to post about and thank the beautiful women who attended. I wrote up a whole post, put together a reel and VOILA!, up on the socials it went. And then I took a well deserved break for the weekend.

This morning I wanted to reminisce so I went back to my reel and OH NO!, What I wrote was never posted. 😢

So… here it is. Hope you’ll join us for the next event as I promise to keep this going!

Last night was such a special reminder of what can happen when women come together with intention. 🌅

Being on the beach surrounded by incredible, like-minded women in midlife who showed up for connection, introspection, movement, meaningful conversation, and valuable information from menopause specialist Ann Boss felt truly powerful.

I’m so proud to have created Sunset Reset and to see an idea I had come to life in such a beautiful way. Watching women connect with themselves and with one another was exactly what I hoped this evening would be.

And this is only the beginning. 💛 There will be more opportunities to gather, connect, learn, and support one another through this stage of life.

In many ways, last night was also a little glimpse into how I work with my coaching clients. We slow things down, look at where you are right now, get curious about what’s working and what isn’t, and figure out realistic steps to help you move toward where you want to be — with support along the way.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply know you’re ready for something to shift, I offer a free 20-minute Discovery Session where I’ll listen to your story, hear what you’re hoping to change, and talk about how coaching might help you get from where you are to where you want to be.

✨ DM me or visit the link in my bio to schedule.

And to every woman who joined us — thank you for showing up so openly. This felt like the start of something really special. 🌊

As a Board Certified Health Coach, one of the things I try to prioritize is moving my body in some way every single day; not just for the physical benefits, but for the mental and emotional ones too. Movement helps me feel stronger, clearer, more grounded, and more connected to myself.

Today I was invited to try the arms & abs class at Bünda Redondo Beach and WOW… those StairMaster rounds challenged me in the best way possible. 🔥 It pushed me outside my comfort zone while still feeling fun and energizing.

I truly believe the secret to moving our bodies consistently is finding workouts, classes, or activities that both challenge us AND bring us joy! When movement feels empowering instead of punishing, we’re so much more likely to come back to it.

I left today sweaty, proud, energized, and already looking forward to the next class. 💪✨

Thank you for the invite! I’ll be back after I can walk again. 😂

Today felt like a big one.

It was a test day—pushing myself, tracking my time, seeing what I’m really capable of… and I walked away thinking “WOW! I did a kick ass job!”

Not because it was easy (it wasn’t), and not because everything was perfect (it wasn’t that either)… but because I showed up fully and pushed through when it got hard.

This year I’ve been leaning into strength training in a deeper way, and days like today remind me why. It’s not just physical—it’s mental. It’s learning how to stay with yourself in the discomfort, to keep going when your mind wants to quit, and to come out the other side stronger.

I’m really proud of myself today! ❤️ Plain and simple.

And if you’re in a season where you’re being tested too, this is your reminder that showing up and giving it your all is something to be proud of.

Even when it’s tough.
Especially when it’s tough. 💪✨

Another year around the sun 🌊✨

Every birthday, I come back to the same place — the beach.

I sit, I breathe, and I reflect on the year behind me… not just what I did, but who I became.

The growth no one saw.

The hard moments I moved through.

The small wins that quietly changed everything.

We’re so quick to celebrate everyone else, but we rush past our own progress like it doesn’t count.

It counts.

Self-celebration isn’t selfish — it’s necessary.

It builds confidence.

It creates gratitude.

It reminds you that you are evolving, even when it feels slow.

So today, I’m celebrating me.

Not perfectly, not loudly… just honestly.

And I’m stepping into this next year grounded, grateful, and excited for what’s ahead.

Try it — reflect, acknowledge, celebrate yourself.
You deserve that. 🎂🤍

Last night I attended a local conversation about perimenopause and menopause, and one thing stood out clearly:

Women aren’t just looking for information…they’re looking for support in how to actually live through this transition.

We hear advice like:
😴 sleep more
😎 reduce stress
💪 strength train
⚖️ balance hormones

But knowing what to do and implementing sustainable lifestyle changes are two very different things.

As a board certified health coach, this is where I spend most of my time - helping women connect the dots between medical guidance and real life.

Perimenopause and menopause aren’t problems to “fix,” but transitions that deserve education, compassion, and individualized support.

If you’re navigating this stage and feeling overwhelmed, you’re not alone 🤍

Let’s talk. I can help.

🌿🍊 From Blossoms to Mandarins 🍊🌿

Remember back in May when I got this little mandarin tree and shared how excited I was to start gardening? Well… look at these babies now 😭💛 Almost fully grown! Watching them come to life has been such a sweet reminder that growth takes time, patience, and consistent care.

Just like with our health journeys, the small, steady actions we take each day might not show “results” right away, but beneath the surface, so much is happening. 🌱

You water, you nurture, you trust. And then one day… you notice fruit. 🍊✨

So here’s to celebrating slow growth…in our gardens, in our bodies, and in our lives!

🌊 Yesterday, on my walk along the beach, I stumbled upon a beginners volleyball meetup. What struck me most was the joy, laughter, and yes, a little awkwardness of people trying something new for the very first time.

✨ There’s real courage in being a beginner. Science even backs this up: research shows that learning new skills as adults keeps our brains more adaptable (neuroplasticity), boosts confidence, and can even increase overall life satisfaction.

💡 As a health coach, I see how often we hold ourselves back out of fear of “not being good” at something. But here’s the truth: every expert was once a beginner. Read that again! Everyone starts somewhere and eventually, we gain the skills to get better and more skilled. ✨The bravery to show up matters more than the outcome.

So—what’s one new thing you’ve been curious to try? Big or small, let yourself be a beginner. That’s where growth begins. 🌱
