Surrogate #1612 is pregnant! Yesterday’s hCG result was 101.70 mIU/mL. The FET took place on August 17, 2026. Big shoutout to our partner clinic in Thailand — their expertise is outstanding and every cycle has been a success.

We’d also like to congratulate the Intended Mother May from the Philippines. Although the PGT‑A results were challenging (out of 8 blastocysts, only two female embryos tested normal), she chose to transfer a Mosaic male embryo. Our partner clinic’s embryology lab gave us the confidence to proceed — they assessed embryo C # as suitable for a transfer, so we moved forward with that plan.

1614 # Filipino Surrogate is 🅿🆁🅴🅶🅽🅰🅽🆃! ⁣
After 𝟑 ̲𝚜̲̲𝚞̲̲𝚛̲̲𝚛̲̲𝚘̲̲𝚐̲̲𝚊̲̲𝚝̲̲𝚎̲̲𝚜̲, 𝟒 ̲𝚎̲̲𝚖̲̲𝚋̲̲𝚛̲̲𝚢̲̲𝚘̲̲𝚜̲ (PGT-A tested), and 𝟑 ̲𝚝̲̲𝚛̲̲𝚊̲̲𝚗̲̲𝚜̲̲𝚏̲̲𝚎̲̲𝚛̲̲𝚜̲, this intended father finally has a pregnancy after THE THIRD TRANSFER. 1614 # Surrogate was lucky to 🅼🅴🅴🆃 🅰 🅶🅾🅾🅳 🅴🅼🅱🆁🆈🅾. After two failed transfers we changed the plan for the third: we transferred 𝟐 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐲𝐨𝐬 at once, switching from transferring one female embryo each time to transferring ONE MALE AND ONE FEMALE EMBRYO TOGETHER.⁣

Today’s result again raises serious questions about the accuracy of the PGT-A report. The PGT-A testing for these embryos was reportedly performed using equipment and services from 🅨IKANG (益康) in 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐚. Was Yikang’s PGT-A inaccurate — or did the 🆃HAI CLINIC not perform 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥-𝐜𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 as claimed? We are still verifying details with the lab.⁣
⁣
The embryos were transferred on 𝐀𝐮𝐠𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝟏𝟐. We began pregnancy testing for the surrogate on August 17, and the August 20 test indicates the risk of miscarriage is now low. We’re looking forward to the doubling hCG test on August 21.⁣

🎉 **Congratulations to Surrogate #1612!** 🎉

Yesterday, she caught the **last flight from the Philippines to Thailand**, and today she arrived at the clinic at **1:30 p.m.** Her embryo transfer began at **5:00 p.m.**

We sincerely hope this transfer will be successful, although we remain cautiously realistic about the outcome.

The intended parents are from the Philippines and dream of having **two baby boys**. The intended mother is 39 years old. In hopes of welcoming mixed-race babies, they created embryos using the intended father’s s***m and eggs from a Caucasian egg donor.

Unfortunately, the PGT-A results showed that they had **two chromosomally healthy female embryos**, while all of the male embryos showed genetic abnormalities. Among them, embryo **C #** is a **male mosaic embryo graded HB AA**. Transfers involving this type of embryo generally have an estimated success rate of around **30–40%**, depending on various factors.

Even though they fully understood that the chances were not high, the intended parents still bravely chose to transfer this mosaic male embryo in pursuit of their dream of having a son.

We are keeping our fingers crossed and sending them our very best wishes. May this little embryo continue to develop beautifully and bring their dream of welcoming a baby boy true! 💙✨

Update from MLang Surrogacy — 🅵ILIPINO 🆂URROGATE 🅼OTHER Case⁣

We want to share an update about a 𝐓𝐨𝐝𝐚𝐲 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐲𝐨 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫. In this case, two embryos were transferred: one 🅧🅨 (MALE) EMBRYO graded HB‑AA, and one 🅧🅧 (FEMALE) EMBRYO graded HB‑BA.⁣
⁣
Normally, we do not encourage transferring two embryos at once because single-embryo transfer reduces risks for both the surrogate and the babies. However, the intended parents have experienced 2 PRIOR FAILED embryo transfers. Although the embryos UNDERWENT 🄿🄶🅃‑🄰 TESTING, we have serious concerns about the accuracy of the testing from the laboratory that performed the analysis.⁣
⁣
To improve the chances of a successful pregnancy, and given the previous failures, the team decided to transfer 𝐓𝐖𝐎 𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐒 this time. We also included a male embryo in the transfer because the previous two transfers involved female embryos only.⁣
⁣
The donor is 𝟐𝟓 𝐘𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐎𝐋𝐃. Statistically, among 𝟐–𝟑 𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐑𝐘𝐎𝐒 produced from a donor of this age, at least 𝐎𝐍𝐄 𝐄𝐌𝐁𝐑𝐘𝐎 is expected to be chromosomally normal. Our hope is that this transfer will result in a healthy embryo implanting successfully for the intended parents.
