Monday morning, beautiful ❤

I used to wake up on Mondays with this heavy feeling of "here we go again."

Another week of trying to be perfect. Eating perfectly. Moving perfectly. Being perfectly disciplined.

And every single time I fell short of perfect which was every single time, I told myself I had failed.

It took me a long time to realise that perfect was never the goal.

Better was the goal.

A little more rested than last week.
A little more nourished than yesterday.
A little kinder to myself than I was on Friday.

That's it. That's the whole reset.

So this Monday, I'm not asking you to be perfect. I'm asking you to just be one small thing better than you were yesterday.

That's enough. That's more than enough. That's actually everything.

Sometimes we stay in old habits, old routines, old expectations, or even old stories about ourselves simply because they're familiar.

But growing means changing.

And changing doesn't mean you've failed. It doesn't mean you're being selfish. It doesn't mean you've lost your way.

Sometimes it just means you're becoming someone new.

The woman you were 10 years ago got you here.

But the woman you're becoming may need something different.

More peace.
More balance.
More joy.
More room to breathe.

And that's okay.

You're allowed to outgrow what no longer fits.

I think one of the weirdest parts about getting older as a woman…

is realizing how much of your life was spent rushing 😅

Rushing through mornings.
Rushing through meals.
Rushing through stress.
Rushing to take care of everyone else before yourself.

And then one day your body starts saying:
“Hey… we can’t keep doing this anymore.”

Honestly?
That’s not weakness.
That’s wisdom.

These days I’m learning that feeling healthy isn’t always about doing MORE.

Sometimes it’s:
👉 sitting outside for 10 minutes
👉 eating a real breakfast
👉 getting enough sleep
👉 saying no without guilt
👉 laughing more
👉 slowing down enough to actually breathe

And maybe that sounds simple…

but simple can change your life.

One of the saddest things I hear women say is:

“I just don’t feel like myself anymore.”

And honestly… I think so many women feel this way quietly.

Life gets heavy.
Stress piles up.
We take care of everyone else for years…
and somewhere along the way, we stop feeling connected to ourselves too.

But I really want you to know this:

Just because your body, energy, or life looks different right now doesn’t mean the best part of you is gone.

You’re still in there.
And it’s not too late to feel good again.
