☀️ Summer is almost here! Have fun in the sun — but stay safe!

🌞 Too much sun can cause sunburns and skin cancer. Here's how to protect yourself:
✅ Stay in the shade between 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
✅ Wear cover-up clothes, sunglasses & a hat
✅ Use SPF 15+ sunscreen & reapply every 2 hours

🌡️ Hot weather can also make you sick. Watch out for dizziness, tiredness, or fainting — signs of heat exhaustion.
✅ Drink plenty of water
✅ Take it easy on physical activity
✅ Cool off at an air-conditioned place, park, or pool
⚠️ Never leave children or pets in a car — for any reason!

📞 Call 211 or click here for a list of cool places near you.
