I officially graduated from the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program on Thursday!
After an inspiring journey from September 2025 through May 2026, our cohort gathered this past week for our final programming in New York City and New Jersey at the Goldman Sachs offices, and I found myself reflecting on just how transformative this experience has been both personally and professionally.
Over the past 8 months, I learned so much that will directly benefit Hola Clinic and the families we serve. I now understand accounting and financials on a deeper level, how to strategically drive the business forward, where to access meaningful resources for small business growth, and the critical things every business owner should know about loans, funding, and accessing capital. Perhaps most importantly, I gained the confidence and skills to pitch my business to investors and interested partners so we can continue growing and increasing access to bilingual speech therapy services across Los Angeles and beyond Southern California! Special shout-out to the fact that I am 8 months pregnant and didn't let that stop me from going to NYC and pitching my growth opportunity! 🤰💪 Nothing can stop me!
As meaningful as the learning was, one of the greatest gifts of this experience was the people. I had the privilege of meeting and collaborating with an extraordinary cohort of entrepreneurs who challenged, inspired, and supported one another. What began as classmates and mentors quickly turned into lifelong friendships.
I’m deeply thankful for this opportunity and excited for what’s ahead for Hola Clinic. The future feels bigger, clearer, and more possible than ever. Thank you, for offering the 10,000 Small Businesses Program to entrepreneurs like me!
