What I love about Shasta is how little it asks of you...
You arrive, and within an hour something in the chest drops that you didn't know was up. The mountain does that whether or not anyone is working on you.
We arrive on the 24th and there are a few spaces left in the retreat. Four days on the land together, the healing work, meals cooked for you, and a group small enough that whoever comes gets a version of this I could never give a room of twenty.
I'm also opening a few of the cabins and glamping tents for personal retreats. Four nights, a space of your own, and none of the rest of it. No programme, no sessions, no chef, no me. You'd be there to sleep, walk, and be left alone under a mountain that does its own work.
Some people need holding. Some people need nobody asking them anything for four days. Both are real.
If you're interested in either, get on a call with me and I'll give you the details...
If you have a friend who has been circling Shasta for years and never gone, feel free to send her this.
