Honor joined our team a year ago, and since then, she has consistently demonstrated dedication, leadership, compassion, and a strong commitment to serving our community. Today we get to celebrate not one, but TWO incredible leaders who somehow decided to share the same birthday! 🎈

Honor, our amazing Senior Lead Care Manager overseeing ECM, and Katelyn, our outstanding Program Coordinator leading Community Transitions, both bring passion, dedication, and heart to the work they do every day. The impact you make on our members, our teams, and our community does not go unnoticed.

It's been an absolute honor (pun fully intended 😄) working alongside both of you. Thank you for all the hard work, leadership, patience, and for somehow managing to keep everything moving while the rest of us are still trying to remember our passwords.
