Feeling sh¡tty? Sometimes around your cycle you can feel a real shift in your mood, your energy, your skin and your anxiety levels. That’s your hormones talking. 🗣️

When it hits, try these 4 things:
🚶‍♀️Move your body, even when you really don’t want to
😮‍💨Slow down with a meditation or breathwork (The Mavida app has so many great options for free 😉)
☀️Get outside and get some sun
📞 Phone a friend (or whoever you know to listen and brighten up your day! )

You may not feel 100% better right away but even 10% better makes a difference. Keep going, you got this 🫂🔋🤎
