The Facelifter works the same way resistance training works for your body.

You put the muscle under constant tension, slow controlled reps, and it responds.

Here’s the technique.

Compress the silicone pads between your teeth until you cannot compress any further.

Hold for a few seconds.

Release slowly but keep slight pressure on the pads the whole time. Never fully release.

That constant tension is what drives the result.

50 to 100 slow reps. About two minutes. You can do it in the shower, in the car, anywhere you don’t need to talk.

I’ve been using this consistently and the difference in jawline definition and skin tightness is real.

Comment FACELIFTER below and I’ll send you all the information.

Social media is lowering fertility rates and most people are scrolling right past that fact.

The mechanism isn’t the app itself. It’s the behavior it creates. Social isolation, shorter relationships, a fundamental shift in how people value human connection. US fertility rates have declined consistently for years and social behavior is one of the factors driving that.

We already face hormonal disruption from microplastics and environmental toxins. Now layer a generation that has replaced in-person relationships with a screen and the picture gets worse.

I restrict my own teenagers’ daily social media time. Not because the technology has no value, it does, but because no teenager has the neurological capacity to self-regulate it. Most adults don’t either.

The research is clear: excessive social media use correlates with increased social isolation, reduced relationship longevity, and declining interest in starting families. These are not small effects.

The fix is straightforward even if it’s uncomfortable. Set a daily limit. Protect time for real interaction. Treat social media as a tool for education and entertainment, not a substitute for human connection.

Productivity improves. Relationships improve. And based on the data, fertility outcomes likely improve too.

The virtual world is designed to keep you in it as long as possible. The real world is where your actual life happens.

How much time do you spend on social media daily and do you think it has changed how you relate to people in your life?

Most doctors have never heard of Epitalon.

The ones who have aren’t talking about it enough.

Here’s what the research shows and how to use it correctly.

The original Russian studies used epithalamine, a natural pineal gland extract, at doses of 5 to 10 milligrams daily for 10 to 20 days.

Today, most people use synthetic Epitalon, which is more potent and pure.

The recommended dose for synthetic Epitalon is 500 micrograms to 1 milligram daily for 10 to 20 days, twice a year. You run one cycle, wait at least 6 months, then repeat.

Most people do 2 cycles per year.

You are not taking this every day forever.

You use it strategically to reset your telomeres, restore pineal function, boost your immune system, and then step back and let your body stabilize.

That’s what makes this longevity peptide different from anything else in an anti-aging protocol.

Side effects are minimal. Human trials reported very few issues.

Some people noticed mild redness and soreness at the injection site.

Some felt more tired in the evening, which makes sense because Epitalon ramps up melatonin production. Avoid injecting late in the afternoon if you have evening plans.

Always consult your physician before starting any peptide protocol.

Have you tried Epitalon or are you currently running a peptide cycling protocol?

People on social media are calling peptides “failed medications.” That is not true and here is why.

In 2013 the US Supreme Court ruled that naturally occurring substances cannot be patented.

Peptides like Kisspeptin, GHK-Copper, and MOTS-c exist in your body naturally. No company can own them.

Pharma spends hundreds of millions on trials. They only do that when they hold the patent.

No patent means any competitor copies it the moment it gets approved. Zero return on investment.

So they walk away.

Not because the peptide failed.

Because the business model failed.

Tesamorelin is a peptide with FDA approval.

Physicians use it off-label constantly. FDA approval is not a verdict on whether something works. It is a verdict on whether a company chose to fund the trials.

The absence of a patent is not the absence of evidence.

Not all weight problems are the same.

And the medication that works for one person can be completely wrong for another.

Here is how I think about it with my patients.

If your issue is snacking between meals, grazing throughout the day, or eating slightly too much at every meal without realizing it.

Phendimetrazine works in your brain.

It turns down the hunger signal. No digestive side effects.

No nausea.

You eat normal meals and absorb protein normally.
Just less of it.

If your issue is overeating at meals, eating past fullness, or being unable to stop once you start.

GLP-1 agonists work in your gut. They slow gastric emptying so overeating becomes physically uncomfortable.

More potent. But higher side effect burden and up to 40% of weight lost can be muscle, not fat.

Both require the same foundation. High protein.

Structured meals.
A 9 to 10 hour eating window.
No snacking.
And both should be used for a defined period with a taper.
Not forever.

The medication is a tool.

If you don’t build habits during that window, the weight comes back.

Weight loss is one of the programs in my telehealth practice.

Every time you pour hot coffee into a paper cup, the heat breaks down the plastic lining and releases phthalates and bisphenols directly into your drink. A 2020 study found a single hot beverage in a disposable cup exposes you to over 25,000 microplastic particles.

Most people don’t think twice about it because it happens invisibly.

A stainless steel moka pot brews strong espresso-style coffee at home in under 5 minutes. Pour it into a ceramic or glass cup and you eliminate that daily exposure entirely. No machine, no subscription, no plastic.

The small daily habits shape your long-term health more than any single big decision.

Still using paper cups?
