The hormone panels I see in young patients are consistently lower than they should be. Chemical exposure from plastics is a major contributor, and one source most people never consider is clothing.

Your workout clothes sit directly against your skin while you sweat. Heat and moisture dramatically increase absorption. The higher the synthetic fiber content, the more chemical transfer you get. Tight stretchy leggings made from synthetic material, worn during a sweaty workout, are the worst version of this.

What to do: choose cotton, keep athletic wear looser, and avoid skin-tight synthetics. A small percentage of stretch fiber in mostly cotton clothing is far less concerning than a fully synthetic garment.

Clothing is only one input. Food exposure is likely larger.

Hot liquids in paper cups lined with plastic. Anything heated in plastic containers. Styrofoam takeout. Fast food wrappers, which used forever chemicals until recently, and existing stock stays in circulation until it runs out. Then pesticides, herbicides, microplastics, and nanoplastics, all concentrated in lower quality food.

Choosing organic reduces the load meaningfully.

You will not eliminate these exposures. You can lower the total dose, and dose is what determines the damage.

Which one of these are you willing to change first?

Want access to the product I personally developed and use daily? Comment “FACELIFTER” and I’ll send you the details.
One of the visible hallmarks of aging is facial muscle loss.

As facial muscles deteriorate, the overlying tissue sags and wrinkles form.

GLP-1 agonists accelerate this process.

These weight loss drugs cause rapid weight loss, but they also trigger muscle loss and connective tissue loss at an accelerated rate. Your face shows it first. Sagging skin, deeper wrinkles, hollowed features.

The problem: GLP-1s don’t discriminate between fat loss and muscle loss. You lose both. Your facial muscles shrink faster than they would naturally, aging your appearance dramatically.
This is the hidden cost of rapid weight loss without proper muscle preservation strategies. People celebrate the number on the scale while their face ages years in months.

I developed a solution for this exact problem. A topical product that supports facial muscle structure and connective tissue integrity.

I use it daily because I understand the importance of maintaining facial volume and elasticity as we age.
Prevention is easier than reversal.

I like potato chips. I avoid seed oils. So I have been paying extra for the ones labeled 100 percent avocado oil.

Turns out I was being lied to.

UC Davis tested 54 processed foods listing avocado oil as the only oil ingredient. 93 percent of the chips failed. Most contained canola, safflower, or soybean oil instead.

The economics explain everything. Real avocado oil runs 4 to 5 dollars per pound. Seed oils cost 50 cents to a dollar fifty. The label premium is real. The oil is not.

This is not a new problem for this research group. A 2020 study found 82 percent of bottled avocado oils were rancid or cut with cheaper oils. The fraud simply moved from the oil aisle into the snack aisle.

Reading labels stopped being enough. When a price gap this wide meets almost no oversight, treat every premium claim as marketing until someone tests it.

Roughly 40 million Americans have diabetes, and 95 percent of those cases are type 2. Treatment has improved enough that lifespan for diagnosed patients has increased substantially.

The people I worry about are the ones who have not been diagnosed yet.

They sit right at the border, where no official diagnosis gets made. Visceral fat is accumulating. Inflammation is elevated. Blood sugar runs high. And insulin climbs higher and higher as the body compensates to push sugar into cells that are becoming resistant.

This is where the damage starts, and it includes dementia. When neurons become insulin resistant, glucose cannot enter the cell. The cells starve. Inflammatory markers rise, free radicals form, and that cascade sits at the earliest stage of what eventually becomes dementia.

Hemoglobin A1C catches the problem late. Fasting insulin catches it early, because the body compensates by producing more insulin long before blood sugar looks abnormal on a standard panel.

Ask for a fasting insulin, especially if you are struggling with your weight. Visceral fat gain is the first domino in this entire sequence.

The disease you catch early is the one you still control.

More and more teenagers are developing adult health problems… hypertension, prediabetes, and fatigue…. before they even graduate high school.

What’s going on?
• Poor sleep
• Ultra-processed food
• Dopamine-driven habits
• Sugar as a reward system
• Zero education on metabolic health

As parents, we need to model a lifestyle that supports long-term health. That starts with:
âś… Prioritizing protein
âś… Cooking whole meals at home
âś… Encouraging quality sleep
âś… Reducing sugar and screen time

This doesn’t mean perfection…. it means awareness and consistency.

Start with protein when you break your fast. I recommend 30 to 60 grams with that first meal, and most people get there easiest with a protein shake since appetite is low in the morning. Get it in within the first hour of breaking your fast.

Then hit your total protein goal within the first six to eight hours of the day. Once you have met it, dinner does not need much protein at all. That flexibility is what lets you occasionally skip dinner entirely.

For most people, a 10 hour eating window and 14 hour fast works well. If weight loss is the goal, tighten it to a 9 hour window and a 15 hour fast. True fasting means zero calories in that window. Once a week you can extend to 18 or 19 hours by skipping dinner.

If you are on a GLP-1, this matters even more. Under-consuming protein is a major driver of muscle loss on these medications.

Your growth hormone drops up to 60 percent between age 20 and 70. That decline is one of the hallmarks of aging.

Growth hormone drives repair, muscle building, and bone density. Losing it matters. This is why peptides supporting your body’s own production have become so popular.

But how do you know a peptide is working for you?

The answer is IGF-1. Growth hormone itself fluctuates too much to track reliably. IGF-1 is what your liver produces in response to growth hormone, it stays stable in the blood, and it reflects how well your production is running. Test it at baseline, during treatment, and at the end. Not everyone responds the same way, and this shows your individual response in real numbers.

Here is the key difference from injecting growth hormone directly. Injected hormone works, but it slows your own production down. A peptide does the opposite. It stimulates your pituitary to produce more on its own, and when you stop the peptide, you keep a better working system instead of a suppressed one.

Support your own production rather than replacing it.

Most doctors have never heard of Epitalon.

The ones who have aren’t talking about it enough.

Here’s what the research shows and how to use it correctly.

The original Russian studies used epithalamine, a natural pineal gland extract, at doses of 5 to 10 milligrams daily for 10 to 20 days.

Today, most people use synthetic Epitalon, which is more potent and pure.

The recommended dose for synthetic Epitalon is 500 micrograms to 1 milligram daily for 10 to 20 days, twice a year. You run one cycle, wait at least 6 months, then repeat.

Most people do 2 cycles per year.

You are not taking this every day forever.

You use it strategically to reset your telomeres, restore pineal function, boost your immune system, and then step back and let your body stabilize.

That’s what makes this longevity peptide different from anything else in an anti-aging protocol.

Side effects are minimal. Human trials reported very few issues.

Some people noticed mild redness and soreness at the injection site.

Some felt more tired in the evening, which makes sense because Epitalon ramps up melatonin production. Avoid injecting late in the afternoon if you have evening plans.
This is not medical advice.

Always consult your physician before starting any peptide protocol.

Have you tried Epitalon or are you currently running a peptide cycling protocol?

People on social media are calling peptides “failed medications.” That is not true and here is why.

In 2013 the US Supreme Court ruled that naturally occurring substances cannot be patented.

Peptides like Kisspeptin, GHK-Copper, and MOTS-c exist in your body naturally. No company can own them.

Pharma spends hundreds of millions on trials. They only do that when they hold the patent.

No patent means any competitor copies it the moment it gets approved. Zero return on investment.

So they walk away.

Not because the peptide failed.

Because the business model failed.

Tesamorelin is a peptide with FDA approval.

Physicians use it off-label constantly. FDA approval is not a verdict on whether something works. It is a verdict on whether a company chose to fund the trials.

The absence of a patent is not the absence of evidence.

This is not medical advice.
