Horns Up Snackrilege 🤘🏽🖤

Okay, buckle up y'all cuz this is about to get real sappy.

This is the last sandwich produced in my kitchen. I've held on to this little guy since March of 2024. The Pig Champion (RIP Pig), kicking around my freezer, reminding me of what once was.

I always think of the NeverEnding story, the last grain of sand, the last little sandwich, the last reminder of the business that was my absolute purpose, my dedication, and, since I don't have human children, my child.

I hope that doesn't sound arrogant, or dramatic, or pedantic. I just loved being a part of Snackrilege, and I was proud of what we all built together. But without my partner, I just couldn't do it alone. No disrespect to my ex-husband. We all have our paths in life.

But now, thanks to the Kelly Murphy and I have the chance to restart the best part of my life. I'm so incredibly grateful, so honored, so humbled. After 40 years of being a vegetarian, and almost 25 years of being vegan, to get to share that passion with all of you makes me feel unbelievably fortunate.

And I'm so proud to be a part of this incredibly cool, local and female operated business. To the women that let me be a part of this, I can't thank you enough. To all of you that have shown so much love and support, I also can't thank you enough.

When we get the opportunity to follow our dreams, and those around us wholeheartedly support and believe in us, well, what else is life about?

So with that, I'm going to stop rambling, partially because you don't need to be subjected to more sentimentality, but mostly because I'm crying too hard to type anymore.
