Fetal Movement: When to Expect It? 🤰
It’s normal not to feel movement until week 24 (baby is still small!). 😌
After 24 weeks, you should feel regular movements. For example, 5-6 movements in 2 hours. ✅
If movement decreases after week 24, definitely consult your doctor. 🩺

Many thinks age is the only factor, but the quality and quantity of your eggs matter just as much. The AMH test is exactly what tells you about your ovarian reserve.
If your number is between 1 and 3, that’s excellent! 🎉
If it’s below 1, don’t panic, but take action sooner rather than later since time is precious. ⏳
If it’s below 0.3, please consult a doctor immediately to discuss the best treatment options (like IVF).
