The goddess farewell dinner on the last day of the Bali Sacred Rest was full of all the feels 🥹🧡💛 We all gathered around the table to share our reflections of gratitude before having the most delicious and intentional meal.

This gathering sealed our sisterhood and we affirmed our individual commitments to greater self care and rest. 😌

We concluded the evening with the Tirta Teja (fire & water) ceremony which was the perfect way to release anything that no longer serves us before beginning the journey back home. 🙏🏽

Day 4 of the Sacred Rest Retreat was equal parts healing and adventure 🧘🏽‍♀️💫 We started the day early at Tirta Empul for the water purification ceremony. We arrived with our offerings and prayed together before stepping into the sacred waters to release and be renewed.

Later on, we experienced the iconic Bali swing! In our flowing goddess gowns, we quite literally soared through the lush Balinese jungle. It was so fun and freeing. ✨

Day 2 of the Sacred Rest Retreat in Bali was all about grounding 🧘🏽‍♀️

With intentions set and hearts open, we flowed as one. Beyond the matching fits, we synched up through our shared intentions of giving and receiving just what we needed from this experience. Strangers became sisters in our opening moment of vulnerability. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏽

We then broke bread together during breakfast where we learned about the rich and sacred Balinese culture. Phrases like Om Swatsiatsu and Suksma would become apart of our daily speech. As the evening rolled in, we adorned ourselves in white for our welcome dinner with Balinese musicians and dancers. 🥁

Special thank you to Gus and all of the staff and community we met through Your authentic connection and enthusiasm for your culture made us feel so welcomed. 🙏🏽
