Ellen Morano

Ellen Morano I discovered how to reach my child’s unspoken pain and restore the deep connection we both longed for. I worked in the Animation Industry for 15 years.

I started as a Payroll Clerk, moved on to Production Assistant, then on to working as an Overseas Production Coordinator for a British Producer. I traveled to London for a Production Meeting and began receiving payment while working in the Philippines. For all these blessings, in spite of the health challenges I have encountered due to stress and juggling family with intense work demands, I am ext

remely grateful. In 1993, I studied Pranic Healing in Tagaytay, Philippines, to help me with my asthma. Breathing properly and feeling physically healthy in order to work efficiently was a miraculous experience! For me, the best part of learning Pranic Healing teachings was the change in my perspective on life. It was now positive and hopeful. I attribute the success of my life to removing stressful energetic blockages through Pranic Healing. I am currently in Los Angeles, California, with an Energy Healing business of my own. We have helped people with anxiety, stress, and physical conditions as well as the effects of those challenges. Children love what I do. Every time they are not feeling well, they ask their parents to take them to see Ellen. I specialize in helping parents with tantrum children. Yes, Pranic Healing techniques help both the tantrum child and their parents work through the emotions causing and surrounding tantrum outbursts. I also assist and am a regular review student of Master Stephen Co. I have studied in the Anthony Robbins Mastery University - Date With Destiny, the Tony Robbins Business Mastery and Wealth Mastery, and am a Certified Knowledge Broker. Constant learning is a MUST for me. I have learned and continue to learn from greats such as Dean Graziosi, Kim Walsh Phillips, Bari Baumgardner and Blue Melnick, and Rich Kozak to grow and learn how to improve myself to serve others well and serve as many people as I am meant to.

I guide moms to understand that true connection with their children isn’t built through perfection or constant correction.

It’s built through presence.

Eye level.
Soft voice.
Gentle attention.

Because when you slow down long enough to meet your child where they are emotionally and physically, something powerful happens:

They feel safe.
They feel seen.
They feel connected to you.

This is what children carry with them long after the moment passes.

Not whether everything in the house was perfect.
Not whether you handled every situation flawlessly.

They remember how your presence felt.

I guide moms in creating these small but meaningful moments of connection, especially during stressful or emotional situations so their children experience calm instead of fear, and closeness instead of disconnection.

Because when you soften your tone and come closer instead of reacting from across the room, your child’s nervous system responds differently, too.

Connection deepens.
Trust grows.
Emotional safety is built.

This is how we move from frustration to flow.

One connected moment at a time.

I guide moms in using essential oils as more than just a pleasant smell -

I teach them how to create a calm anchor for the nervous system.

Because your body is always learning through repetition.

Same oil.
Same moment.
Again and again.

Maybe it’s lavender before bedtime.
A grounding blend during stressful afternoons.
Or a calming oil before school drop-off chaos begins.

Over time, your nervous system starts to connect that scent with safety.

“This is where I slow down.”
“This is where I breathe.”
“This is where I feel calm.”

Your body will learn.

That’s the beauty of creating intentional rituals with essential oils.

They become gentle reminders that peace is available to you, even in the middle of real motherhood.

I guide moms in building these simple daily practices so calm stops feeling random and starts becoming familiar.

Because when your nervous system has consistent signals of safety,
your reactions soften,
your presence deepens,
and connection with your children becomes easier.

This is how we move from overwhelm…
to anchored calm.

Before reacting this May…

Pause.

I guide moms to understand one of the most powerful tools for regulating their nervous system:

Noticing the moment before the reaction.

Because when your nervous system is overwhelmed, responses happen fast.

The raised voice.
The sharp tone.
The immediate frustration.

Not because you’re a bad mom, but because your body is operating from stress and survival.

That’s why I teach moms how to pause first.

One breath.
One moment of awareness.
One gentle interruption to the automatic reaction.

Because that small pause gives your nervous system time to settle.

And in that moment… everything can shift.

Your tone softens.
Your body relaxes.
Your response becomes more intentional and connected.

This is how we move from reacting automatically to responding with presence.

Not perfectly.
But consistently.

I’ll guide you step by step to build this pause practice into your everyday life,
so calm becomes something your body knows how to return to.

That’s how frustration becomes flow.

You don’t need to push it away.

Not the overwhelm.
Not the frustration.
Not the sadness, exhaustion, or emotional weight you’ve been carrying.

I guide moms differently because so many women have learned to ignore what they feel in order to keep going.

But emotions that are constantly pushed down don’t disappear.
They build.

In your body.
In your nervous system.
In the way you respond to your children and yourself.

That’s why emotional regulation isn’t about shutting feelings off.

It’s about learning how to feel them - safely.

Without shame.
Without judgment.
Without becoming consumed by them.

I guide moms step-by-step to slow down, notice what’s happening internally, and create enough safety in the body to process emotions instead of suppressing them.

Because when you allow yourself to feel…
your body softens.
Your reactions become gentler.
Your connection with your children deepens.

This is how healing begins.

Not by avoiding your emotions…
but by finally making space for them.

And I’ll guide you there.

From emotional overwhelm…
to emotional flow.

Do you feel heaviness?

It’s not who you are.
It’s what you’re holding.

I guide moms in understanding that stress, overwhelm, frustration, and emotional exhaustion don’t just live in your thoughts.

They settle into your body.
Your nervous system.
Your energy.

That’s why you can feel “off” even when nothing specific is happening in the moment.

You’re carrying accumulated weight.

And together… we begin to release it.

Not through pressure.
Not through pretending you’re fine.
But through gentle energy clearing practices that help your body let go of what it was never meant to hold onto forever.

A deep breath.
A grounding moment.
A simple release of tension from your shoulders, chest, and nervous system.

Little by little… your body softens.

And when that heaviness begins to lift:

You become more patient.
More connected.
More present with your children.

Something beautiful happens because you’re no longer carrying yesterday’s stress into today’s moments.

This is how I guide moms from emotional buildup into flow.

Let’s release it - together.

You don’t need more time this month.

You need more presence.

I guide moms in letting go of the pressure to “do it all” for their children…
and instead focusing on what truly creates connection.

Being fully there.

Because connection isn’t built through perfection, elaborate plans, or endless hours together.

It’s built in small moments of intentional presence.

Five focused minutes.

Sitting beside them.
Listening without distraction.
Looking into their eyes instead of at a screen.

And in those moments, your child feels something deeper than attention—

They feel valued.
Safe.
Connected.

This is the shift I guide moms through every day.

From rushing… to noticing.
From multitasking… to connecting.
From feeling emotionally distant… to building trust in simple, meaningful ways.

Because children don’t need a perfect mom.

They need a present one.

And sometimes five intentional minutes can change the entire energy of your home.

That’s how we move from frustration…
to flow.

New month. New rhythm.

I guide moms in creating calm in a way that feels simple, grounding, and sustainable.

Because calm isn’t something you stumble into occasionally.
It’s something your body learns through consistency.

That’s why I encourage moms to start small.

Choose one oil.
Just one.

Use it daily.

Maybe it’s lavender before bedtime…
peppermint during an overwhelming afternoon…
or a grounding blend during your morning reset.

The specific oil matters less than the rhythm you create with it.

Because when you use the same scent consistently, your nervous system begins to recognize it as a signal:

“This is where I slow down.”
“This is where I breathe.”
“This is where I feel safe.”

Over time, that ritual becomes part of your calm foundation.

Not another thing on your to-do list…
but a gentle support your body can rely on.

This is how I guide moms from chaos into steadiness—
through small daily rituals that help calm become familiar again.

Let May become the month you stop chasing peace…
and start creating it.

You don’t have to rush into May.

And you don’t have to rush through motherhood either.

I guide moms in understanding something deeply important:

Your nervous system shapes the energy your child experiences every day.

When your body is constantly in stress mode,
Moving fast, reacting quickly, carrying overwhelm,
Your child feels that, even when you’re trying your best to hold everything together.

That’s why your nervous system doesn’t need more pressure.
It needs safety.

Safety to slow down.
Safety to breathe.
Safety to soften.

Because when you feel safe in your body,
Your child feels safer with you.

Your voice changes.
Your reactions soften.
Connection becomes easier because your body is no longer operating in survival mode.

This is the work I guide moms through gently and consistently.

Not becoming perfectly calm all the time…
But learning how to slow down enough to reconnect with yourself first.

Because calm connection begins in the nervous system.

I guide moms to stop fighting their emotions…

and start understanding them, because so many moms move through the day thinking they have to “hold it together” all the time.

But emotional regulation doesn’t begin with perfection.
It begins with noticing.

Noticing the tension in your body.
Noticing the overwhelm rising.
Noticing the exhaustion before it turns into reactivity.

And then gently saying:

“I’m overwhelmed.”

Without shame.
Without judgment.
Without trying to immediately fix it.

Just letting that awareness be enough for this moment.

Because when you acknowledge what you’re feeling…
Your nervous system softens.
Your body feels heard.
And your emotions become easier to move through instead of getting stuck inside you.

This is the work I guide moms through every day.

Not becoming emotionless…
but becoming aware enough to respond with intention instead of overwhelm.

That’s how we move from frustration…
to flow.

One aware moment at a time.

May carries fresh energy.

But if your body is still holding onto April -
the stress, the tension, the moments that felt too heavy -
It’s hard to feel that fresh start.

And this is where I guide you to do something different.

We don’t just hope for a reset…
We create one.

Through gentle energy clearing practices, I help you release what’s been building -
not by overthinking it,
But by moving it out of your body.

A breath that softens your chest.
A simple shake that releases tension.
A quiet moment to let your shoulders drop.

Because what you’re carrying isn’t just mental…
It’s physical.
It’s energetic.

And when you clear it—intentionally, consistently—
You create space for something new to come in.

More calm.
More clarity.
More connection with your child.

This is how we move from holding everything…
to flowing through it.

You don’t have to carry April into May.

Let’s clear it - together.

May is a beginning… not a pressure.

And this is where I guide moms to shift the way they approach change—
not as something they have to force…
but something they gently grow into.

Because when you’re overwhelmed, everything feels urgent.
Everything feels like it needs to be fixed right now.

But that urgency?
That’s what keeps you stuck in reactivity.

So we slow it down.

You don’t have to become a new mom overnight.
You just get to come back to yourself—one breath at a time.

In my work, I guide you to notice what’s happening inside you…
without judgment.

That’s how you move from overwhelmed… to aware.

And from that awareness, we begin to create space—
space between what you feel… and how you respond.

That’s how you move from reactive… to steady.

Not by trying harder.
But by supporting your nervous system, your emotions, and your energy in simple, consistent ways.

Breath by breath.
Moment by moment.

Until calm becomes something you can return to—
even in the middle of real motherhood.

This is your May reset.
Gentle. Grounded. Sustainable.
