Thanks everyone for the very kind reviews. I hope you're at peace and enjoying the positive things life can offer during this pandemic isolation and crisis. For those in need, with front door screenings including the taking infrared forehead temperature readings along with providing extraordinary meticulous aseptic hygiene, we are treating asymptomatic (of the Covid 19 strain) patients for their healthcare needs including injuries, pain and other musculoskeletal disorders.

Hi Everyone, I've heard of a lot of friends and patients going through tough issues in life. I have one very effective mind tool to get you back on track. I call it "mind flossing." Similar to the flossing of one's teeth for cleaning the deep crevices, mind flossing is simple and involves 10 simple positive affirmations per day. Simply come up with 10 things you're grateful for each and every morning for at least 7 days. For every affirmation, start with the words: "I LOVE THE FACT THAT"...then for example, add ...that I have a son, or that I am able to stand while taking a shower or that I have a job or whatever you can come up with in a minute. Try it. It will freshen your day and allow you to have more gratitude with purpose, two key ingredients for a happy and successful life. LMK is it works for you!! Big hug to you all!!! ⚘🤲♥️🙌
