Joining a s*x addiction recovery group provides vital community support and structured accountability that helps individuals break the cycle of compulsive behavior.

Because isolation and secrecy act as catalysts for hypers/xual disorders, moving into a transparent, shared environment addresses both the behavioral and emotional root causes of addiction.

Our groups help members acquire actionable communication strategies and manage difficult emotions like anger, anxiety, and depression without resorting to compulsive coping mechanisms.

If you are looking to take the next step and find community, call us at 424-272-8468 to speak with an intake counselor for a free consultation.

Love bombing is a manipulation tactic used in the early stages of a relationship where one person showers the other with excessive affection, flattery, and grand gestures. While it feels like a fairy tale at first, the true goal is to gain control, establish dependency, and bypass the recipient's boundaries.

Over time, the "idealization" phase gives way to a "devaluation" phase, where the bomber may withdraw affection, become cold, criticize, or try to control you.

If a relationship feels like it's moving too fast, taking a step back to let trust and intimacy build organically is always a healthy choice.

Need support setting healthy boundaries? We're here to help!
