🤓 My favorite acupuncture points ST11 and ST12. I can talk about them all day. I know how to insert needles on the neck without scaring my patients.

They are used for neck pain with rotation difficulty, shoulder pain related to neck, and VAGUS nerve.

for lower back pain, hip flexors, pelvic floor, constipation, and more. GB27 is one of my favorite and very effective acupuncture point from pain to internal issues.

In this photos, I used the point for lower back pain with mobility issues, such as difficulty bending/leaning over or difficulty getting up from sitting/lying down.

SP10 can be added if the mobility is more pronounced.

I used tiny needles to improve local circulation in the ankles. It took about a year to notice the discoloration becoming lighter. The patient said “It’s not itching anymore 😆”

Afraid of acupuncture needles? Cupping therapy can be the best alternative treatment for pain symptoms. Knee pain treated with ceramic warm cupping helped this patient reducing 50% of pain level. It promoted circulation around the knee joint and muscles because most pain symptoms resulted from poor circulation. Which means it also can help swollen legs as well!
