Beautiful results from a breast augmentation aren’t always just about going a lot bigger. Oftentimes, it’s about creating the right balance for the patient’s frame.

For this patient, we used 350 cc silicone implants to enhance fullness and shape while keeping the result natural and proportional.

If you have questions about size, implant type, or what the process really looks like, I’m happy to walk you through it. Just send us a DM to schedule a consultation!

Many patients come into their consultation thinking they need to choose a specific implant size or cup size. In reality, selecting the right implant is much more personalized than that.

The ideal implant size depends on several factors, including your chest width, existing breast tissue, skin elasticity, body proportions, and aesthetic goals. An implant that looks natural on one patient may appear very different on another because everyone’s anatomy is unique.

During your consultation, we’ll evaluate your anatomy, discuss your goals, and help determine which implant options will best complement your frame and give you a balanced, natural-looking result.

Plastic surgery isn’t just for women, and more men than ever are coming in to talk about procedures that help them feel more confident and comfortable in their own skin.

One of the most common? Gynecomastia surgery. And gentlemen, I promise… asking questions during a consultation is a lot easier than trying to Google everything at 11 PM. 😉

As much as everyone wants to jump right back into outdoor activities after their procedure this summer, there are a few important things to consider first when it comes to healing and protecting your results. ☀️

In this case, we performed a breast reduction combined with liposuction to the lateral chest to not only reduce volume, but also refine the side contour for a more proportional, natural shape.

By addressing both the breast tissue and the surrounding area, we can create a lighter feel up front and a smoother transition along the chest wall.

Most importantly, this procedure is often about more than appearance. It’s about comfort, posture, and feeling at ease in your own body again!

If you're noticing one side of your jawline looks a little different while healing from a facelift, you’re not alone!

After surgery, it’s very common for swelling to be uneven. One side may hold on to a bit more fluid or heal at a slightly different pace, which can make the jawline look temporarily asymmetrical.

Remember, your body heals in stages… not always in perfect sync from left to right. As swelling continues to go down, things typically even out, and the final contour becomes more apparent.

If you’ve ever felt like your nose tip drops a bit when you smile, you’re not imagining it. 👃

This usually comes down to how the muscles around the upper lip interact with the base of the nose. When they activate, they can gently pull the tip downward and make it look less defined.

The reassuring part is that this is something we can often improve with rhinoplasty, by supporting and refining the nasal structure so it looks more consistent both at rest and with expression.

An open rhinoplasty allows for a very precise, detailed approach to reshaping the nose. 👃

With this technique, a small incision is made at the base of the nose so the underlying structures can be carefully visualized and adjusted. This is especially helpful when refining tip shape, improving symmetry, or making more complex structural changes.

Eyelid surgery can actually do more than most people realize!

This procedure can address excess skin, puffiness, and under-eye bags that create a tired or heavy appearance. By refining the upper lids, lower lids, or both, we can help the eyes look more open, rested, and refreshed, while still looking completely natural.
