The purpose behind a commitment carries more weight than the form it takes. 🌹

Venus retrograde in Scorpio squares Pluto in Aquarius on October 19 and 20, bringing our deepest values into contact with the expectations, roles, and structures we’ve built around them.

Both are in fixed signs, where loyalty, determination, and resistance to change can become closely intertwined.

Consider someone who chose teaching because they love helping others learn. Years later, that same calling might be better expressed through mentoring, private instruction, or an entirely different environment.

The devotion to education remains. The role can evolve.

What happens when you realize you’ve outgrown the very dynamics you’ve been participating in?

Since May 6, Pluto’s retrograde has brought questions of power, control, belonging, and the roles we play within relationships, groups, and communities into sharper focus.

As Pluto prepares to move forward, some of those realizations may begin translating into meaningful changes.
