The mobility class at the Cycling Pigeon started with creating movement (dance) that didn’t require you to be on your feet. You know for those clients that sprained an ankle on a hike or those healing other issues. And then over time, just getting to the floor was a challenge for my older members so of course I thought let’s spend more time getting up and down from the floor. Anyway it’s become so many things and I continue to hear so many positive reviews on how people’s bodies are more agile, in less pain and generally stronger. It’s hard for me to describe it. So you’ll have to just try it out for yourself. It’s a best seller for a reason. See you there!
