Be careful about where you get your health information-

I just watched the “ Medical Medium” claim that eating salmon was NOT an effective way to boost Omega-3s- because somehow it overtaxes our liver & kidneys so we only absorb a tiny fraction.
This claim is absolutely absurd-
SCIENCE ( & lab testing) shows that we absorb 95%.
