It can be easy to put our needs on the back burner, but you will ultimately feel the negative impact on your physical and emotional health if you do. You spend everyday with yourself! Your wants and needs are just as important as the needs of others. As you nourish the relationship you have with yourself you will also experience growth in other areas of your life.
