One of the unusual treatments that I do is removal of tiny / little white bumps around the corona of the p***s. This is a genetic condition that happens to about 0.5% of men in the United States. Tiny little white bumps that are completely benign, but can cause anxiety during intimacy. These are removed with a combination of lasers and electrocautery.
