The last few months of this year have been really tough for me. I’ve had to deal with grief like I’ve never known and handle emotions that I didn’t even know existed. Initially, l tried burying these emotions and pretending everything was “fine.” But I’m happy to say that I’ve learned that it’s ok to not be ok. Despite the many losses, I feel refreshed going into the new year. And if you’ve been through tough times this year, I wish the same for you! ✨
