A huge thank you to all the adventurous attendees who joined us for the PCH Treatment Center Off-Roading Adventure during WCSAD! 🚙🌙

What an incredible evening exploring Berdoo Canyon under the stars, connecting with colleagues, experiencing the beauty of the desert, and sharing a little adrenaline along the way.

Events like these remind us of the importance of stepping away from the conference, disconnecting from our daily routines, and creating meaningful experiences together in nature.

We are grateful to everyone who participated and helped make the night such a memorable success. Special thanks to our drivers, trail leaders Chief Strategy Officer Scott Singer and Chief Operating Officer Kelly Wu, LCSW, and all who embraced the adventure!

Until next time—keep exploring, stay connected, and never stop seeking new experiences. 🌵✨

Mental Health Awareness Week 💚
This week is a reminder that mental health matters just as much as physical health. Every person carries unseen challenges, and a little kindness, patience, or support can make a meaningful difference.
Taking care of your mental well-being is not a weakness — it’s an important part of living a healthy, balanced life. Whether it’s setting boundaries, talking to someone you trust, taking a break, practicing self-care, or simply allowing yourself to rest, every small step counts.
Let’s continue to:
✨ Check in on each other
✨ Encourage open conversations
✨ Reduce stigma around mental health
✨ Prioritize self-care and support
You are not alone, and support is always available. 💚

What if you were never broken?

What if anxiety… addiction… dissociation…
weren’t disorders — but survival strategies?

In this powerful episode of Crosstalk, Dr. Jeff Ball (Founder of Psychological Care & Healing) challenges the question we’ve all been asked:

Not “What’s wrong with you?”
But “What happened to you?”

If you’ve ever:
• Felt boxed in by a diagnosis
• Been told “this is just who you are”
• Been overmedicated or misunderstood
• Wondered if you’re fundamentally broken

This conversation will hit home.

Dr. Ball shares why:
✨ Symptoms often begin as protection
✨ Diagnosis without context can do harm
✨ Medication isn’t evil — but it isn’t the whole answer
✨ Healing requires feeling, not avoiding
✨ We all move through the same emotional states

The difference isn’t who struggles.
It’s who has support.

This episode is honest. Human. Hopeful.
And it might change how you see yourself.

✨ Thank You for Celebrating With Us! ✨

We are so incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us at PCH to celebrate our 16th anniversary. Your presence, support, laughter, and love made the evening truly unforgettable.

Here’s to the memories we’ve made, the relationships we’ve built, and the many more years ahead. We couldn’t have done it without you—and we’re so thankful to have you as part of our journey 💙
