Such a treat to be able to practice regularly w Sarah Little! She brings so much richness and delight to each class. I usually leave feeling zen, strong, inspired, or some combo of all three.
Also new words are often coined like funstrating: 1) combo of fun/frustrating; 2) synonym for menapause, as in it’s, so fun when you stop menstruating??
Anyway, I digress, I highly recommend taking a class w her if you’re anywhere near Claremont and/or catch one of her awesome zoom offerings (Tuesdays/Thursdays if I recall correctly)! Yay for the dedicated and amazing teachers who put the work in and encourage us to keep showing up and growing.
