This process of consciously moving the energy up and down the spine is similar to the Kundalini technique, but much gentler. My recommendation for sound meds while doing this monthly process go as follows: SoundMeds/ 432hz, 963hz, 68.05hz, 174hz, 6hz, 528hz, 10000hz. 🙏🏾💖🪽

With so many people dealing with intense trauma issues and so much good work being done through the somatic path, I thought it would be nice to add to that beautiful pile sound frequencies that you can use while doing the work of healing yourself. I'm calling this series SoundMeds. My gift to all. If you want anything on a personal nature those are called SoundScripts and I am more than happy to create them for you. Just text your personal requirements and what we would be making the focus of the script. I'll give you the details want you reach out. Txt/ 213-537-2804 subscribepage.io/peace
