Julie Cielo I Trauma Informed Spiritual & Somatic Healing

Julie Cielo I Trauma Informed Spiritual & Somatic Healing I help women come back home to their bodies—and rise from survival into self-led power. Do you feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually worn down?

I’m the creator of Seasonal Somatics, a cyclical, nature-based approach to healing the nervous system, and the host of The Thriving Scapegoat podcast. Hi, I’m Julie, trauma (C-PTSD), scoliosis, and autoimmune survivor turned gut health expert, child medium turned intuitive healer, Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapist (breath & hypnosis), Transformational Life Coach (shadow work & spiritual guide), Ev

olutionary Astrologer. I owned & operated Ebb & Flow Healing Arts Center in Florida for nearly 20 yrs working with many nigh net worth clients, was a panel guest speaker as the only non-MD for 3 consecutive years speaking on women's wellness, and was leading worldwide retreats for 16 yrs--all before the internet. I founded Ferm Fatale, the world’s 1st wildly-fermented zero-proof cocktail and pioneered one of the very first adult non-alcoholic beverages to hit the market and am the embodiment of resilience, reinvention, and empowerment. From the ashes of family estrangement, divorce, and attempted murder, I assure you…

I will help you reclaim the voice that has been silenced and transform your life through healing the connection of our gut, mind, and heart. Are you tired of your own BS? Do you often wonder if there’s more in life for you than what you have now? If so, it might be time to rewrite the relationship with your story… starting now!

I’m not interested in teaching women how to look successful while secretly abandoning themselves.

I’m not particularly inspired by the perfectly curated life.

The right clothes.
The right morning routine.
The right six-figure strategy.
The right words to make it all look effortless.

Maybe because I’m not interested in looking like I’m living.

I want to feel my life.

And I don’t want to pretend it’s always summer.

That’s exhausting.

There are seasons of expansion.
Seasons of grief.
Seasons of rage.
Seasons of solitude.
Seasons of becoming.

And Late Summer asks a different question:

Can you receive what you’ve grown?

Not just money.

Support.
Pleasure.
Rest.
Love.
Recognition.
Community.
Your own damn goodness.

Because awareness is cognitive.

Safety is embodied.

You can understand your patterns intellectually and still have a body that doesn’t know how to receive, rest, trust, soften, or be witnessed.

That’s why transformation has to happen beyond the mind.

And why the people around you matter.

Sometimes riding solo is exactly what you need to hear yourself again.

And sometimes “I don’t need anyone” is just another beautiful way to stay protected.

We need relationships that let us be real.

Not curated.
Not performing.
Not perpetually healed.

Real.

That’s what I’m creating inside Seasonal Somatics™.

A space to slow down enough to actually feel.

Through somatic practice, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and the medicine of the seasons, we’ll explore what it means to harvest what you’ve cultivated—and release what you’re no longer meant to carry.

Because real transformation isn’t something you can perform your way into.

You have to experience something different in the body.

And when you do?

It lasts.

Maybe this isn’t the version of “chic” social media always wants to celebrate but I do.

But as a 51-year-old woman navigating perimenopause, healing complex trauma, living child-free, building a business, and learning to trust the intelligence of nature more than the noise of culture, I’ve discovered a different kind of beauty.

One rooted in nervous system regulation instead of hustle.

One rooted in genuine friendships instead of performance.

One rooted in seasons instead of timelines.

One rooted in becoming instead of proving.

The world feels loud right now.

I’m choosing quieter wisdom.

What would you add to this list?

If you’ve been holding it all together for everyone else… this is your invitation to finally come home to yourself.

Midlife isn’t the beginning of your decline.
It’s the beginning of your harvest.

The woman you’re becoming doesn’t need more hustle, more self-improvement, or another thing to “fix.”

She needs space to exhale.
To grieve what no longer fits.
To reconnect with the wisdom already living inside her body.

🌾 Join me for The Harvest — a 90-minute live Seasonal Somatics™ experience designed for women navigating the profound threshold of midlife.

Together we’ll explore:

✨ Why this season of life can feel so disorienting

✨ How chronic stress and old survival patterns keep us disconnected

✨ Somatic practices to regulate your nervous system and reclaim your feminine sovereignty

Fourteen years in Los Angeles taught me this…

You can be single, childless, estranged from your family, over 50, healing from complex trauma, and still become the most whole version of yourself.

I’ve learned not to confuse being alone with being lost.

Not to measure my worth by my relationship status, my age, or whether my life looks like everyone else’s.

I’ve learned that reinvention isn’t failure—it’s courage.

And that the women building a life from the inside out are often doing the bravest work of all.

If your path looks different than everyone around you, maybe you’re not off course.

Maybe you’re the one finally living your own life.
