I’m not interested in teaching women how to look successful while secretly abandoning themselves.
I’m not particularly inspired by the perfectly curated life.
The right clothes.
The right morning routine.
The right six-figure strategy.
The right words to make it all look effortless.
Maybe because I’m not interested in looking like I’m living.
I want to feel my life.
And I don’t want to pretend it’s always summer.
That’s exhausting.
There are seasons of expansion.
Seasons of grief.
Seasons of rage.
Seasons of solitude.
Seasons of becoming.
And Late Summer asks a different question:
Can you receive what you’ve grown?
Not just money.
Support.
Pleasure.
Rest.
Love.
Recognition.
Community.
Your own damn goodness.
Because awareness is cognitive.
Safety is embodied.
You can understand your patterns intellectually and still have a body that doesn’t know how to receive, rest, trust, soften, or be witnessed.
That’s why transformation has to happen beyond the mind.
And why the people around you matter.
Sometimes riding solo is exactly what you need to hear yourself again.
And sometimes “I don’t need anyone” is just another beautiful way to stay protected.
We need relationships that let us be real.
Not curated.
Not performing.
Not perpetually healed.
Real.
That’s what I’m creating inside Seasonal Somatics™.
A space to slow down enough to actually feel.
Through somatic practice, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and the medicine of the seasons, we’ll explore what it means to harvest what you’ve cultivated—and release what you’re no longer meant to carry.
Because real transformation isn’t something you can perform your way into.
You have to experience something different in the body.
And when you do?
It lasts.
